CCEE1811, St. Patrick's Day

Wow, it's the middle of March already!  St, Patrick's Day is this Saturday, so, let's make a card featuring can do a St. Patrick's Day card, but you can also chose to use the color green as not all of us are Irish and green is such a pretty color!

I ordered this little die cut on Amazon and guess I didn't read the description very well because it is very small.  However, I had those little deer on a Stampendous stamp and figured why not.  I always need masculine cards so I have no doubt this card will be used.

CCEE1809, National Pigs Day

Today is National Pigs Day!!  I thought it would be fun to see some pigs on our cards....strange, but that's why we call them "challenges"!

I saw this Teepee card on Pinterest and thought it would be fun to give it a try.  It is very easy and there are numerous videos on You Tube.  The card folds flat for mailing too!  I had bought some magnets on Amazon for my Misti and when they came, there were teeny tiny little things...oh well, I thought that maybe one day I would be able to use them...well, with the help of a small glue dot, they were perfect to hold my tent together when standing,  Who knew!

Please come join us in this fun challenge.  Post back to the CCEE blog here.  Add CCEE1809 to key words on split coast stampers too please so we can see your cards!

Have a fun, creative day!  It's almost Spring and we'll all want to be outside weeding, so now is your chance to catch up on some cards!

CCEE1808, Polar Bear Day

Today is Polar Bear Day!  For Kelly's last challenge, she says:  "Create a card with a polar bear(s) or use white, or snow as your card's focal color."

Tuesday is my birthday, however, my son, Joe had a birthday in January and I made this card for him  He is a hunter so it seemed fitting!  I love how it turned out.  I used both white and snow...if you look closely, you can see that not only is there snow on the ground, but it is snowing (see the glistening snowflakes?).  I love how this turned out.....perfect for Joe!

Come on, play along.  Link your card back to the CCEE blog here.  If posting to splitcoaststampers, please add CCEE1808 to keywords so we can see your card there too!

Happy Stamping!
